PROVO, UT - As the fiendish evildoers are wont to do, The Tarot Killer ratcheted up the violence level with his second (we hope there aren't any older ones) murder on July 3rd. This time the killing occurred in an abandoned junk yard, in a deserted, industrial part of town. Does this mean the killer's getting more careful? My police sources in Utah tell me that along with a massive amount of blood and a tarot card, there were also what appeared to be bird remains at these scene. Exactly how many birds, what parts and why, remains to be seen. Needless to say, animal sacrifice is often a part of occult practices and this, combined with the tarot cards is leading me in a direction I had hoped I wouldn't have to go. I will wait a while before using the "c" word (well, I sort of already did) but color me suspicious.
